You will join the Bodleian Libraries' Open Access Payments Team, helping researchers navigate the payment processes that support open access publishing. You will provide first-line helpdesk support, process Article Processing Charge (APC) and Book Processing Charge (BPC) applications and invoices, and work with colleagues to maintain an accurate, responsive service.
You will manage payment requests and purchase orders, check compliance with funder and publisher policies, maintain records and statistics, and liaise with researchers, University colleagues and publishers. You will also help identify improvements to administrative and technical workflows.
