GardaWorld is seeking a Control Centre Operator for communication between agents, customers, supervisors, and branches. You will provide after-hours support, manage inquiries and escalations, and maintain ownership of requests through resolution. The position follows a permanent, rotating bi-weekly schedule with 12-hour overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Provide after-hours operational support across Western Canada
- Research issues, resolve complaints, and deliver solutions
- Action alerts supporting health and safety
- Recommend systems and process improvements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
- Minimum typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
