Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol interior and exterior sensitive areas proactively
- Manage access control and verify identities
- Respond to alarms, codes, and incidents
- De-escalate conflicts and maintain order
- Document observations and actions in reports
Requirements:
- Hold or qualify for an MB Security Guard licence
- Have legal authorization to work in Canada
- Demonstrate strong situational awareness and de-escalation
- Communicate clearly by radio and in person
- Remain fit for standing, walking, and stairs
