We're hiring a full-time in-house photographer and videographer to own how the brand looks, from the product page to the Instagram feed.
The role is hybrid in Toronto now, moving into our own Toronto studio in 2027.

The team is small, so the work you make is what most people see of the brand.
The role
You'll run our photo and video from idea to post: campaign shoots, product photography for the site, and the Instagram content built from them.
A year in, success looks like a feed that reads as one brand, a product library shot to one standard, and a steady flow of creators wearing our pieces.
What you'll do
- Plan our Instagram content on a weekly calendar and get it posted. A typical week is four feed posts, two reels and five or six stories.
- Produce shoots end to end: concepts, shot lists, models, locations and the day itself.
- Shoot and edit e-commerce product photos to our house standard, and plan what each new drop and restock needs.
- Shoot and edit short-form video: reels, product close-ups and behind the scenes.
- Retouch and colour-correct in Photoshop and Lightroom so every image holds the same look.
- Run influencer outreach: find creators who fit the brand, reach out, send product and track what they post.
What we're looking for
- Required
- A portfolio of photo and video you shot and edited yourself, ideally fashion, apparel or product work
- 2+ years shooting for brands or clients (freelance, agency and in-house all count)
- Photoshop and Lightroom, plus at least one video editor: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Da Vinci Resolve or Cap Cut
- Experience using AI tools like Claude, Chat GPT and Gemini in your day-to-day workflow
- Experience planning and posting content for a brand's Instagram
- Your own camera kit for professional stills and 4K video
- Based in the Greater Toronto Area and available for in-person shoots
- Nice to have
- Studio product photography and lighting
- Adobe suite beyond Photoshop and Lightroom (for example Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- An eye for minimal menswear and streetwear
- Pay and benefits
C$55,000–65,000 a year depending on experience, plus a growth bonus of up to C$1,000 a month (up to C$12,000 a year).
Full-time, hybrid in Toronto.
Two weeks' paid vacation plus public holidays.
