FYidoctors Regina - Rochdale and Fyidoctors Regina Downtown clinics are hiring a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our patients in a fast-paced, team‐oriented environment. You will greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, assist with pre-testing, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and support daily clinic operations to ensure a positive patient experience.
Prior retail experience is a plus; strong communication, computer skills (MS Office), and collaboration
