- Advise President & CEO and senior management on legal matters
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts and commercial agreements
- Oversee litigation, claims, and dispute resolution processes

Requirements
- Law degree with current membership in Manitoba or Alberta
- 10+ years of corporate and commercial legal experience
- Strong background in construction law preferred
- Proven ability to advise on governance and risk matters
