Key Responsibilities: • Serve as trusted advisor to senior management and Board of Directors • Provide advice on corporate governance and compliance issues • Draft and negotiate construction contracts and commercial agreements • Oversee litigation and dispute resolution related to legal matters • Lead the legal function and mentor junior Legal Counsel
Requirements: • JD or LL.B. with Law Society membership • 10+ years of corporate and commercial legal experience • Strong background in construction law preferred • Experience advising executives on legal matters • Collaborative approach and strong negotiation skills
