Concevez des outillages aérospatiaux grâce à la CAO et aux structures composites ou métalliques, dans un environnement manufacturier basé à Laval. Comme ingénieur en conception d’outillage, vous développerez des solutions pour la fabrication et la réparation de composantes aérospatiales. Vous ferez le pont entre ingénierie, production et qualité. Le poste exige une expérience en conception d’outillage, une bonne compréhension de la fabrication et le bilinguisme français anglais.
Responsabilités principales :
- Concevoir moules, gabarits, fixations et outils de réparation
- Créer modèles 3D, dessins et documentation technique CAO
- Soutenir fabrication, validation et implantation en production
- Collaborer avec la production sur l’ergonomie et la sécurité
- Assurer contrôle de configuration, révisions et documentation
Exigences et compétences clés :
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, aérospatial ou expérience équivalente
- 5 à 8 ans en conception d’outillage manufacturier ou MRO
- Expérience souhaitée avec structures composites et métalliques
- Aisance avec outils CAO et documentation d’ingénierie
- Bilinguisme français anglais oral et écrit requis
