This Industrial Recruiter supports Fuze HR Solutions' Industrial Recruitment Division from the Burnaby office at 4190 Lougheed Highway. You will place general industrial temporary, contract, and permanent candidates while maintaining client and candidate relationships. The schedule is hybrid or on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit general labor and machine operator candidates
- Place forklift operators and production staff
- Manage social media and applicant tracking systems
- Provide candidate updates and manage timesheets
- Support team members and complete required duties
Requirements:
- Previous industrial recruiting and staffing experience
- Ability to work in changing, fast-paced conditions
- Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office
