Fullscript is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own documentation for one or more product areas of the Fullscript platform. You will partner on content strategy for the Support Center and stay hands-on with writing and editing as the product evolves.
You will shape information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and content types while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure accurate, AI-ready content that serves practitioners, patients, and agents alike.
