Fulfillment IQ seeks a MAWM Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end programs from planning through deployment. You will connect warehouse operations with enterprise systems, integrations, and scalable technology solutions. The work spans MAWM configuration, program delivery, and stakeholder leadership across business, engineering, and product teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead MAWM implementations through planning, design, build, testing, and deployment Define warehouse processes, workflows, user journeys, and integration dependencies Drive MAWM solution design and configuration strategies Oversee APIs, ProActive extensibility, and host-system data mapping Manage testing, cutover, go-live, risks, and stakeholder communication Requirements:
Five to eight years of WMS implementation experience Strong expertise in Manhattan Active WMS Knowledge of MAWM architecture, APIs, ProActive, and configuration tools Experience integrating ERP, OMS, TMS, and MHE/WCS systems Strong program, stakeholder, analytical, and communication skills Apply MAWM implementation leadership, warehouse operations knowledge, and integration expertise to Fulfillment IQ’s Toronto-based remote team.
