As an experienced Center Director, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality early learning and a supportive environment for educators. Your leadership will foster strong child-families connections while maintaining compliance with licensing and safety standards. This role combines supervision of staffing and scheduling with creating engaging educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily operations and overall success of the center
- Lead, coach, and develop early childhood education team
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and enrollment effectively
- Ensure compliance with licensing and health standards
- Build strong family relationships and manage center communications
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years in licensed childcare or early learning
- Strong leadership and coaching experience
- Knowledge of childcare regulations and safety
- Degree in Education or related field
- Child Care First Aid & CPR certification willingness
