As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at FTAI, report to the Director of Integration and Warehouse Operations. You will oversee staff, prioritize tasks, and ensure adherence to operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach warehouse and stockroom staff daily
- Plan and assign work while managing staffing and scheduling
- Implement operational procedures for logistics and material handling
- Ensure audit readiness and inventory accuracy compliance
- Act as escalation point for operational and customer issues
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of aerospace logistics processes
- Experience in a unionized setting preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
