Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining fast turnaround times for required actions.
• Review and analyze renewal accounts, place coverage to meet client needs, re‑market when required, and quote renewals in line with carrier binding authority to support client retention.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, generating quality leads.
• Process policy changes.
• Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters.
• Assist and support Producers as required.
• Process call backs, submissions, and mail in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate flexibility in performing various assigned tasks.
• Promote company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.
• Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and strong relationship building.

Remain current on all company philosophies and procedures.

Accept risks within established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing
• Bring 2+ years of Personal Lines Account management/service experience, preferably in a brokerage environment
• Being in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment brings out the best in you. You are always able to prioritize efficiently which allows you to exceed client expectations.
• Working collaboratively and building relationships comes easy and is a key part of what has made you successful in your past roles.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for underwriters, responding to underwriting inquiries from brokers and internal underwriting teams.
