As a Junior Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist, you will own customer invoicing for the Service Department. Your work includes service work orders, customer portals, payment processing, and account administration. You will collaborate with Accounts Receivable and internal teams to maintain accurate billing and support timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review service work orders for billable charges
- Prepare invoices according to customer requirements
- Submit documentation through customer billing portals
- Resolve rejected invoices, disputes, and discrepancies
- Maintain billing records within the ERP system
Requirements:
- Two to three years of billing or receivables experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with service work orders and disputes
- Knowledge of payment processing and portal administration
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
