Based at Farnham Community Hospital, you will support respiratory services covering NE Hampshire, Farnham and Surrey Heath. This senior clinical role involves multidisciplinary leadership, respiratory assessment, specialist intervention and holistic management planning. You will work with nurses, physiotherapists, nursing associates, associate practitioners, physio technicians and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the multidisciplinary respiratory workforce
- Provide specialist respiratory intervention across designated sites
- Assess patients with diverse and complex presentations
- Develop individualised physiotherapy treatment programmes
- Support holistic management planning with multidisciplinary colleagues
Requirements:
- Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist experience or capability
- Knowledge of multiple respiratory conditions and management
- Awareness of COPD, Bronchiectasis, ILD, Asthma and Oxygen guidelines
- Flexibility to work across community and secondary care
- Willingness to support future weekend and unsociable hours
