Build financial reporting expertise at S3 Group Ltd. through accounting analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations supporting the Finance team.
The Junior Accountant reports directly to the CFO and supports financial reporting across the organization. You will prepare accounting records, monthly journal entries, General Ledger reconciliations, and financial statements. The work also includes budget-to-actual analysis, cash flow forecasting, and day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and verify accounting records and reports
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile the General Ledger
- Assist with monthly financial statements and budget analysis
- Complete cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Process accurate vendor invoices and financial transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Two or more years of accounting or financial experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting software, MRP or ERP systems, and Excel
