Lead outbound warehouse operations at Sysco through productivity monitoring, safety compliance, and team coaching. Support colleagues using warehouse technology systems and productivity standards.
As an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, you will coach warehouse colleagues, conduct Material Handling Training, and help teams meet Engineered Labour Standards. You will manage product selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading while supporting company policies and food safety requirements. The position also involves schedules, incentive programs, reports, timecards, and productivity improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support colleagues with Motorola scanners, Zebra printers, tablets, and CANVAS
- Coach teams and conduct Material Handling Training
- Complete safety inspections, observations, coach cards, and facility audits
- Prepare schedules, including vacation schedules, and approve timecards
- Manage product selection, replenishment, assembly, and timely loading
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of Logistics or Warehouse experience
- Five years of Logistics or Warehouse experience preferred
- Warehouse supervisory experience preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
