Lead day-shift warehouse operations through receiving, put-away, replenishment, and productivity management in a high-volume distribution environment.
This Inbound Warehouse Supervisor coordinates activities preparing the facility for night-shift selection. The role oversees receiving operations, inbound loads, carrier dock placement, and warehouse technology support. It also develops schedules, trains associates, and addresses logistics issues with Merchandising, carriers, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, replenishment, and product assembly
- Monitor inbound loads and coordinate carrier dock placement
- Supervise put-away and replenishment processes
- Generate and analyze warehouse productivity reports
- Prepare work and vacation schedules
Requirements:
- Experience managing warehouse receiving and replenishment activities
- Ability to support Motorola RF scanners, Zebra printers, tablets, and CANVAS
- Ability to train associates on material handling
- Strong problem-solving ability for receiving inefficiencies
- Ability to communicate with warehouse and Merchandising teams
