Lead overnight outbound warehouse operations at Sysco using Motorola RF scanners, Zebra printers, tablets, and CANVAS. Work Sunday through Thursday, 10:00PM to 6:30AM.
This Outbound Warehouse Supervisor supports colleagues, productivity, safety, and timely product flow. The position includes coaching, Material Handling Training, scheduling, incentive programs, and productivity analysis. You will manage outbound selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading while supporting company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support warehouse technology systems and resolve colleague needs
- Coach colleagues and conduct Material Handling Training
- Complete safety inspections, observations, audits, and coach cards
- Prepare schedules and manage direct report timecards
- Manage outbound product selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' logistics or warehouse experience
- Preferred five years' logistics or warehouse experience
- Preferred warehouse supervisory experience
- High School Diploma required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
