Lead human resources services at Fresh Start Foods in Milton, Ontario, using employee relations and workforce planning expertise. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The Human Resources Manager supports local business needs and plant leadership while managing daily HR services. The position coordinates employee relations, compensation, training, benefits, succession planning, and leadership development. It also executes enterprise initiatives and connects the business with HR Shared Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leaders on performance management and complex employee relations
- Support workforce planning and plant Senior Leadership needs
- Coordinate training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
- Partner with HR Shared Services on enterprise initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend solutions to leadership
Requirements:
- At least five years of human resources experience
- Three or more years of leadership experience
- Bachelor degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
- CPHR certification preferred
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel
