What You'll Be Doing
Fresh Prep is looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Manager, Product & Commercial Analytics to help identify, size, prioritize, and measure the opportunities that will drive the next phase of growth.
Reporting to the CEO, this role sits at the intersection of Product, Merchandising, and Growth.
You will combine customer, product, and commercial data to uncover opportunities, generate hypotheses, support experimentation, and provide the insights needed to improve customer experience, revenue per customer, and business performance.
You will act as a strategic thought partner across the organization, responsible for identifying, sizing, and prioritizing growth opportunities across the entire customer journey, helping answer questions such as: What should we build next?
What should we test next?
Which opportunities should we prioritize to drive growth and revenue?
Which customer behaviors drive long-term value and retention?
