Fraser Health is hiring a Casual Rehabilitation Assistant for its Tertiary Adult Rehabilitation Program. Working under senior clinical direction, you will assist clients with rehabilitative activities, functional skills training, and personal care. You will also support individualized treatment planning and monitor client progress through observations and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement assigned components of rehabilitative treatment plans
- Demonstrate daily living activities and functional skills
- Observe, document, and report client changes
- Arrange and accompany clients to appointments and activities
- Provide personal care according to established procedures
Requirements:
- Completion of a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license
- Access to a personal vehicle for business purposes
- Food Safe Level 1 certification
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
