This Registered Nurse serves the Renal team at Newton Hemo Dialysis Unit. The position requires Renal Specialty Education, BCCNM registration, and recent related clinical nursing experience. Responsibilities include collaborating with patients, families, Physicians, and health professionals while adapting care plans to changing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify patient care plans collaboratively
- Recognize acuity changes and adjust nursing care
- Coordinate nursing priorities and delegate support tasks
- Collaborate on patient condition and care-plan issues
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management
Requirements:
- Approved School of Nursing graduation
- Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
- Two years' recent related clinical nursing experience
- Renal Specialty Education successfully completed
- Ability to integrate data and problem-solve effectively
