Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered direct nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning
- Document assessments and interventions using technology

- Participate in student education and ongoing staff training
Requirements:
- Current registration with BCCNM as RN/RPN
- One year of recent gerontological nursing experience
- Level 1 First Aid certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
