Fraser Health Authority is hiring three full time Dermatologists to enhance general dermatology care in the Tri-Cities area. This role focuses on outpatient and community services.
The role includes providing consulting services at Eagle Ridge Hospital and obtaining a Clinical Faculty appointment with the University of British Columbia. Dermatologists will also engage in mentorship and teach Medical Trainees, creating a comprehensive training environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient and private community dermatology services
- Provide consulting care for inpatients at Eagle Ridge Hospital
- Obtain a Clinical Faculty appointment with UBC
- Supervise and mentor Medical Trainees
- Foster a teaching environment for ongoing education
Requirements:
- FRCPC certification required
- Willingness to engage in clinical teaching
- Commitment to community health and patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
