Fraser Health Authority in Abbotsford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to provide intake assessments, crisis intervention and direct psychiatric care in the Emergency Department or MH&SUS zone.
You will develop care plans, support patient flow and collaborate with ED staff and the community mental health team to ensure safe, person-centered care and smooth transitions to inpatient or community services.
