Working under clinical operations direction, you assess needs, plan care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Provide nursing care and evaluate outcomes
- Complete admissions, discharges, transfers, and documentation
- Maintain equipment and safe care environments
Requirements:
- Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program
- Current BCCNM practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Knowledge of BCCNM full-scope practice competencies
- Ability to administer medications within full scope
