Lead commercial product innovation for Franke across North America, combining product strategy with engineering expertise in regulated environments. Own the roadmap and development lifecycle from customer insight through launch. As Commercial Product Development Manager, you will guide products for demanding institutional settings, including healthcare, education, correctional, and multi-family facilities. Your work will address durability, hygiene, water safety, accessibility, and security. You will serve as technical authority for engineers, specifiers, contractors, channel partners, and internal teams while managing concurrent development projects. Key Responsibilities:
Own the commercial product roadmap across North America Lead development from concept through certification, launch, and lifecycle management Translate customer insights into differentiated commercial products Guide cross-functional teams and drive data-based decisions Prepare technical reports, specifications, and procedures Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Five years' product development or manufactured-product engineering experience Two years' people or cross-functional team leadership experience Proficiency in 3D CAD, engineering drawings, and GD&T Knowledge of Canadian and US certifications and codes Apply commercial product strategy, engineering leadership, and regulatory knowledge to Franke's North American product portfolio.
