Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash management projects in a hybrid Downtown Toronto assignment using strong financial controls. Bring project coordination and reporting expertise to a leading Canadian financial institution. As a Project Manager 3, you will manage one or two projects from initiation through closeout under a Director, DPMO. The work requires project governance, stakeholder coordination, financial management, and enterprise documentation. You will collaborate across Business, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders throughout delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Drive project activities across the complete project lifecycle Prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, and document decisions Manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, and reconciliations Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions Prepare executive reporting and maintain governance artifacts Requirements:
Five or more years of project management experience Knowledge of methodologies, governance, CA-PPM/Clarity, and PeopleSoftware Experience managing project financials and financial reconciliation Strong Microsoft Excel skills for analysis and reporting University degree in business or a related field Apply treasury project management, financial analysis, governance, and stakeholder coordination skills across hybrid Toronto-based banking projects.
