Lead global Food and Beverage projects for Four Seasons in a hybrid Toronto role, using project management and analytical skills across corporate operations. The Manager, Corporate F&B Operations supports the Global Food and Beverage Team and Senior Vice President, Food and Beverage. This role manages brand-level hospitality projects, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project communications. You will work across strategic initiatives, platforms, meetings, and new opening task forces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, analyze, update, and distribute global project reports
- Track milestones, report exceptions, and maintain project accountability
- Coordinate stakeholders, licensing partners, consultants, and meeting actions
- Update Food and Beverage content across corporate platforms
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and project materials
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience managing brand-level hospitality or development projects
- Minimum five years’ management experience
- Food and Beverage operations experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and project software
- Bring analytical project management, stakeholder coordination, and Food and Beverage operations experience to Four Seasons’ global corporate team.
