As an In Room Dining Coordinator, you will support thoughtful guest experiences within a collaborative team.
The work includes order taking, kitchen communication, amenities, menu updates, and administrative records.
Prior Food & Beverage experience, customer focus, task prioritization, collaboration, and strong English are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Take accurate orders using complete menu knowledge
- Coordinate guest amenities, pre-orders, and beverage requests
- Communicate special requests and orders to the kitchen
- Update menus and maintain accuracy in the IRIS system
- Record guest feedback and support administrative reports

- Prior experience in Food & Beverage
