Lead poolside service at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler using leadership, food and beverage, and customer service experience. This is a full-time opportunity.
The Pool Supervisor supports excellent guest experiences while coordinating poolside operations. The role requires supervision of food and service quality, water quality coordination, equipment oversight, and collaboration with hotel departments. You will also maintain records, support staff communication, and respond to safety situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise consistent quality and efficiency of food and service
- Coordinate water quality and mechanical operation with Engineering
- Order supplies and amenities for smooth poolside operations
- Maintain safe, clean poolside and fitness environments
- Respond properly during hotel emergencies and safety situations
Requirements:
- Leadership, retail, customer service, and food beverage experience
- Experience skiing or snowboarding
- Clean British Columbia Driver's license
- Serving It Right Certificate and CPR certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
