Lead AI visibility marketing accounts at Foundation, managing client relationships, renewals, and growth remotely across Canada or the USA. Own strategic direction and commercial performance. As Associate AEO Marketing Director, you manage four to seven mid-market clients with a $0.75–1.5M book. Partner with Group AEO Marketing Directors and AEO Program Directors to build account plans for B2B tech and SaaS companies. Use content distribution across LLMs, search, social, and communities to support client pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with marketing leaders and budget holders
- Build account plans with internal marketing directors
- Start renewals at least 90 days before contracts end
- Present priced ideas for expanded scope or channels
- Track revenue, hours, margin, forecasts, and deal stages
Requirements:
- Five or more years in agency account management or client services
- Personally closed renewals and expansions
- Experience managing client budgets, hours, and scope
- Working knowledge of B2B marketing channels and curiosity about AI search
- Familiarity with HubSpot and ClickUp or similar tools
- Bring account leadership, renewal expertise, and AI search curiosity to Foundation’s remote B2B marketing clients.
