The Associate AEO Program Director leads a 2–4 person team on a book up to $1.5M, splits time between strategy and hands-on delivery, and oversees day-to-day planning and client work.
You will own delivery plans, coach the team, estimate efforts, and manage client sessions while reporting to leadership. This role is full-time and remote, with target Canada/USA locations.
