Job Description
Responsible for quality assurance of selected Saa S product features (Cloud WAF, GLSB, ABP modules) and establishing an efficient automated testing process covering most testing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases for functional modules.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify, track, and resolve defects.
- Work with support teams to analyze and address customer-reported issues.
- Review user guides and deployment documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and L7 application protocols (e. g., DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies such as WAF, API security, bot protection, UEBA, device fingerprinting.
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in Python, Shell, Java Script, or Go; experience with Robot Framework is a plus.
- Solid understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and software development best practices.
- Proficiency in traffic load and protocol testing tools, including Linux utilities and commercial equipment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- High motivation, responsibility, quick learning, and team‑player attitude.
Education & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Canadian citizenship is required.
Salary and Benefits
Canada base salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 annually; final offer based on market and candidate profile.
