At least five years’ progressive manufacturing, production, or operations leadership Manufacturing team leadership experience Understanding of production workflows, equipment, and quality standards Experience with employee development, procedures, and continuous improvement Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems Lead Formations’ manufacturing operations through practical improvement, accountable teams, quality performance, and disciplined cost management.
