This senior role provides independent challenge across capital adequacy, ORSA, models, and climate-related financial risk. You will integrate perspectives from Actuarial, Finance, Investments, IT, Compliance, and Sustainability. The position supports risk governance, regulatory expectations, and communication with senior management and Board committees. Key Responsibilities:
Assess capital adequacy, stress testing, and ORSA processes independently Challenge model assumptions, scenarios, and proposed management actions Develop climate-related financial risk modeling frameworks Coordinate climate scenario analysis across ERM and ORSA Strengthen model risk appetite, tolerances, and oversight Requirements:
