As Branch Manager, you will direct branch operations, support membership growth, and manage a personal member portfolio. You will also develop strategies for community impact, member loyalty, and employee engagement. This full-time position requires operational planning, relationship building, and financial industry leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Business Administration degree or diploma Six to seven years financial industry experience At least two years of leadership experience Mutual funds registration or licensing within three months Consumer lending, investments, and relationship-building experience Bring branch leadership, sales focus, and member relationship expertise to SASCU’s Salmon Arm team at Lakeshore Drive.
