You will coordinate construction planning, crews, subcontractors, and project schedules across assigned scopes. The role emphasizes safety, cost, quality, and schedule performance while supporting field leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction execution and resolve field issues across assigned scopes
- Coordinate look-ahead plans, milestones, resources, and recovery strategies
- Ensure tools, materials, equipment, and crews support field operations
- Apply safety controls and resolve incidents, hazards, and near misses
- Track productivity, quantities, unit rates, and project progress
Requirements:
- Journeyman Powerline Technician certification or civil utility experience
- Twelve to fifteen years of utility or infrastructure construction experience
- Leadership experience across multiple construction disciplines
- Proficiency in Procore, SAP, scheduling, and field reporting systems
- Valid driver’s license and Ontario project travel availability
