Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews of approximately six to ten workers
- Coordinate tools, materials, equipment, and daily assignments
- Conduct tailboard talks and field-level hazard assessments
- Verify work against drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Submit daily reports covering hours, materials, equipment, and progress
Requirements:
- Three to five years underground utility construction experience
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and work plans
- Basic leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of PPE requirements and safe work practices
- Valid driver's licence and required safety certifications
