Foodtastic is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for BC, AB and SK. You will partner with Franchisees and restaurant managers to drive brand standards, operational performance, and guest experience across a multi-unit portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead audits, develop action plans, and coach leaders to close gaps, while managing financial performance and food safety within the region.
