Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales, profit, margin, shrink, and labour targets
- Implement merchandising programs, processes, and operational procedures
- Establish productivity goals with Department Managers
- Lead hiring, training, direction, and staff development
- Maintain health, safety, and customer-friendly shopping standards
Requirements:
- College or university education
- Three to five years progressive retail management experience
- Grocery management experience preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills
