We are looking for an experienced VFX Producer to lead the successful delivery of assigned projects from award through final delivery. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and client communication, working closely with department leadership to deliver outstanding creative work while meeting commercial and operational goals. Reporting to the Executive Producer, this is a senior production leadership role for someone who can build trusted client partnerships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and stay calm and decisive in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead assigned VFX projects from initial award through final delivery.
  • Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, delivery plans, and forecasts.
  • Proactively manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to keep work on track.
  • Monitor budgets, profitability, and financial forecasts; identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
  • Own day-to-day client communication, including review schedules, delivery expectations, and creative feedback loops.
  • Partner with Heads of Department and Department Managers to balance client needs, creative quality, capacity, and delivery requirements.
  • Lead and support production teams across the full project lifecycle.
  • Escalate budget, delivery, and client relationship risks when needed.
  • Contribute to bidding, forecasting, and strategic planning where required.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience leading VFX or animation productions from award through final delivery.
  • A proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships on complex productions.
  • Strong commercial awareness, financial accountability, and forecasting experience.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary production teams.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to balance creative excellence with practical delivery needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Confidence making strategic decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience with production-tracking tools such as ShotGrid or equivalent.
  • You are a collaborative, highly organized production leader who builds trust with clients and internal teams alike.
  • You know how to protect the work, the team, and the commercial success of a project—without losing sight of the creative ambition behind it.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience as a VFX Producer or in a comparable senior production role.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent productions.
  • Experience working with international teams and distributed production environments.
  • Experience supporting bids, resource planning, utilization forecasting, or studio-level planning.
