- Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a
Roofing Superintendent to join our London Branch and support commercial roofing projects throughout London and the surrounding region.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations, supporting crews, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Flynn standards.
The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
Commercial roofing experience is an asset but not required.

- Scheduling and coordinating roofing crews and manpower
- Monitor, approve, and track labour hours
- Communicate daily with crews, management, general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors
- Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Attend project meetings, including handoff, pre-start, and site meetings
- Conduct site visits and resolve job site challenges
- Ensure all safety requirements, field reports, and site documentation are completed and up to date
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics
- Managing productivity, project execution, and contractual performance
- Coach and mentor field crews
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of commercial roofing experience is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid G driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
