We are Fluxon, a product development team founded by ex-Googlers and startup founders. We offer full-cycle software development from ideation and design to build and go-to-market. We partner with visionary companies, ranging from fast-growing startups to tech leaders like Google and Stripe, to turn bold ideas into products with the power to transform the world. Many of our team members call the Bay Area home, but this role is fully remote across North America.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will manage complex, high-impact technical initiatives that drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects for Fluxon clients. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership skills. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority, and driving measurable outcomes across multiple teams and organizations.

- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, evaluate technical trade-offs, and navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence executive-level decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Mag 7, FAANG or high-growth/startup environment is preferred.
