Float is hiring a dedicated Revenue Enablement Manager to own enablement for every customer facing team: BDRs, AEs, CAMs, and CS. This senior IC role reports to the Head of GTM Strategy & Operations and partners with Sales, CS, PMM, and Product leadership.
You will own the full enablement loop: content, learning pathways, SPICED reinforcement, scorecards, and measurement of impact. Expect LMS evaluation in the first 60 days and close collaboration on product launches.
