As a temporary, part-time Parts Coordinator, you will support Technical Support Services through March 31, 2027. You will connect field technicians, customers, manufacturers, and distributors while checking equipment details, tracking orders, and supporting warranty decisions. Toronto GTA candidates are preferred for this Monday-to-Friday remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify equipment, serial numbers, and site details
- Contact suppliers about pricing, availability, and delivery estimates
- Create and update cases in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Track orders and resolve shipping delays
- Maintain records for returns, credits, shipments, and warranties
Requirements:
- One to three years in data entry or logistics
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with a CRM or inventory system
- Suitable home office and independent work ability
