FLINT is seeking Welder Helpers with 3-5 years of experience for a temporary shop/fabrication job in Whitecourt, AB, starting immediately. In this position, you will enjoy a varied schedule, 10-12 hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Fall Protection
- Standard First Aid
- H2S Alive
- AWP
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
