As an Application Support Analyst, you will support critical platforms used by global Onboarding and Customer Success teams. The hands-on role covers Salesforce, Nintex K2, Microsoft Power Platform, APIs, and event-driven integrations. You will diagnose issues, identify root causes, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Salesforce Cases from triage through resolution or escalation
- Trace failures across workflows, logs, monitoring data, and system records
- Escalate issues with evidence, troubleshooting details, and business impact
- Create troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge articles in Notion
- Support Major Incident investigations, recovery activities, and fix validation
Requirements:
- Previous Level 1 or Level 2 technical support experience
